There is one, completely new apartment (2024) on the ground floor of the house. It is especially suitable for families with children (max. 5 people), but also as very comfortable for a couple.

The apartment has an area of 47 m² and has four rooms - an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. The apartment has modern ventilation with recuperation, so you constantly breathe fresh mountain air, free of pollen and other allergens. Heating is provided by Redwell infrared panels and tempered vinyl flooring.

The spacious bathroom with underfloor heating is equipped with a shower, toilet with bidet shower, heating ladder, hairdryer and storage space. A towel and bath towel are provided for each person during their stay. The living room has an LCD Smart TV with satellite reception and free fast WIFI connection. Sleeping is for 4 people, of which 2 in the bedroom (double bed width 180 cm) and two in the living room (double bed width 160 cm). Dining table, 2 comfortable armchairs and a sofa, coffee table, built-in wardrobes and storage spaces. Modern, top-equipped kitchen with induction, powerful and quiet extractor hood, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, sink, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete dishes. 1 extra bed (80x190cm) and 1 cot (60x120cm) can be added to the apartment. We do not accommodate pets in this apartment. This apartment has its own parking space right in front of the entrance. Our ski room with boot and clothes dryers is used to store all ski equipment in winter or bikes in the summer time.

There are two stylish studio apartments in the attic. They are especially suitable for families with children or even for couples requiring comfort, peace and privacy. In the studios in the attic, we allow dogs to stay for a fee, as long as they are clean and can be calm (they don't bark at the neighbors, etc.).

Each studio is one attic room, open to the tip of the roof with exposed beams, Euro windows and a skylight. The floor area is 30 m², the ceiling height is about 4 m.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, heating ladder and hairdryer. LCD SMART TV with satellite reception and free fast WIFI. There are two double beds for sleeping for 4 people, one of which can be used as a sofa for sitting during the day, together with two comfortable armchairs. The blankets are made of hollow fibers, the bedding is high-quality cotton. The floor has a modern vinyl covering with wood decor, custom built-in wardrobes and storage spaces. Fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, powerful extractor hood, fridge, sink, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso) and complete dishes. A conference table and a dining table, where you can eat comfortably, if you do not use the offer of meals in nearby restaurants. A towel and bath towel are provided for each person during their stay. For small children, we offer high chairs and cots. All of this is of course free.
