Skiing
We offer accommodation in an attractive location for skiers and snowboarders. The apartments are therefore ideal for families with children and beginners but also for intermediate and expert skiers.
In a very close distance - only 100m away from the apartments - you can find five ski lifts with a length of 300-800m in the ski resorts Modrá Hvězda - Bahýnka and Sachrovka. The slopes are mostly maintained by the use of artificial snow whilst offering children lifts (carpets) for the youngest skiers and the possibility of night skiing as well. These slopes are ideal for ski lessons for beginners.
The main ski resort - Horní Domky (Lysá Hora), is only 1 km away and is equipped with the longest slope in the Czech republic which is 3200m long with two chairlifts and an overall 14,5 km of slopes. You can get there by taking the free ski bus from the nearby bus stop and you can get to the apartments by simply skiing all the way back.
If you want to discover slopes beyond Rokytnice nad Jizerou, you can easily drive over to the nearby Harrachov, Paseky nad Jizerou, Rejdice, Příchovice or also Špindlerův Mlýn and Pec pod Sněžkou.

For beginners and intermediate skiers, we offer high-quality ski and snowboard rentals. We also work together with Ski School Yetti which offers lessons run by certified expert ski instructors.
Lovers of cross-country skiing won't get the short end of the stick either. The trails run close to the apartments and if the weather allows it, the trails are serviced both for skating and classic style. The trails connect to the trail system in Harrachov or Polish Jakuszyc. Newly, you can check the internet for information about the trail conditions at: bilestopy.cz.
